Qualifications

• Proven experience as a BIM Modeler or Architectural Technician with strong BIM skills.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is essential; knowledge of Navisworks or other clash detection software is a plus.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a hybrid team structure.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed architectural BIM models in Revit based on design intent and technical drawings.
• Ensure model accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project BIM standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to coordinate model information.
• Extract information from BIM models for documentation, quantity take-offs, and clash detection.
• Assist in the development and refinement of BIM content and libraries.
• Support the project team with model-related queries and issue resolution.
