Mediclinic Stellenbosch is seeking an architectural professional to design and develop cost effective layouts that meet clinical and regulatory standards. The role focuses on concept planning, detail development, and improving the design workflow within the Architectural Design Team.

You will contribute to multiple projects, maintain documentation, and support commissioning of facilities while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in Architectural Technology in Commercial Architecture.
• National Diploma Architectural Technology (3 years)

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To design and develop cost effective workable concept layouts that adhere to operational requirements, Mediclinic and regulatory standards, as well as to as well as to improve existing design process, including operational nursing process.

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EDUCATION

• National Diploma Architectural Technology (3 Years)

Required Experience

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

• 3 - 5 years in Architectural Technology in Commercial Architecture

DESIRED EXPEIRENCE:

• 5 – 7 years in Architectural Technology in Commercial Architecture.
