Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing a high-volume aquatics facility or similar recreational center.
• Strong knowledge of aquatic operations, pool chemistry, safety standards, and lifeguard management.
• Current certifications in Lifeguarding, CPR/First Aid, and Pool Operation (e.g., NSPF).
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Experience in program development, marketing, and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Manage all operational aspects of the aquatics center, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Develop, implement, and promote a diverse range of aquatic programs, including swimming lessons, fitness classes, and recreational activities.
