Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) with strong Mathematics and/or Accounting.
• Interest in finance, accounting or business administration.
• Excellent organizational and data-entry skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good communication and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing financial transactions and client applications.
• Maintain accurate client records and databases.
• Prepare financial reports and statements under supervision.
• Provide admin support to financial advisors and management.
• Handle client inquiries and provide basic information on services.
• Assist with compliance checks and regulatory adherence.
