This full-time, on-site apprenticeship provides hands-on training in all aspects of culinary arts, from food preparation and cooking techniques to kitchen hygiene and station management, under expert mentors in a busy kitchen.

Responsabilités

• Assist in ingredient prep, including chopping vegetables and preparing sauces.
• Learn and execute various cooking techniques under supervision.
• Prepare dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace and equipment.
• Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Support senior chefs during service, ensuring timely and accurate meal preparation.
• Learn about different culinary styles and flavour profiles.
• Contribute to menu development ideas and specials preparation.
