Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in application security, software development, or security testing.
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
• Experience with security testing tools and methodologies (e.g., OWASP Top 10, Burp Suite).
• Understanding of secure development principles and threat modeling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security reviews of application designs and code to identify potential vulnerabilities.
• Perform dynamic and static application security testing (DAST/SAST) on software releases.
• Develop and implement secure coding guidelines and provide training to development teams.
• Work with developers to remediate identified security flaws in a timely manner.
• Integrate security tools and processes into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Stay current with emerging application security threats and best practices.
