Job summary

You will allocate tasks, balance workflows, address bottlenecks, monitor attendance and productivity, and collaborate with cutting, sewing and finishing teams while guiding staff to improve output and quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a clothing manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience managing a production line.
• Strong understanding of garment construction and sewing operations.
• Knowledge of production processes and workflow management.
• Basic understanding of line balancing and efficiency tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a full production line.
• Ensure daily production targets are achieved.
• Monitor quality standards and address defects.
• Allocate work to machinists based on skill level.
• Oversee line balancing and workflow efficiency.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
• Monitor attendance and productivity of staff.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules.
• Liaise with Cutting, Sewing, and Finishing teams.
• Provide feedback to senior management on performance.
• Train and guide staff to improve output and quality.
• Maintain discipline and ensure factory procedures are followed.
