Job summary

Fouche & Co Recruitment in Durban is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee a full garment production line, ensuring daily targets are met and quality is maintained across construction and sewing operations.

You will allocate tasks, balance workflows, address bottlenecks, monitor attendance and productivity, and collaborate with cutting, sewing and finishing teams while guiding staff to improve output and quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a clothing manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience managing a production line.
• Strong understanding of garment construction and sewing operations.
• Knowledge of production processes and workflow management.
• Basic understanding of line balancing and efficiency tracking.
