Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a hands-on Production Line Lead at our Tembisa facility to guide daily operations, coordinate a small production team, monitor output, and ensure safety and quality targets are met efficiently on the line.

You will motivate operators, troubleshoot minor issues, and collaborate with maintenance as needed, while upholding company standards and creating a productive, compliant, and team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a line leader, supervisor or senior operator in manufacturing.
• Ability to lead and motivate a small team.
• Understanding of production processes and quality control measures.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of a specific production line, ensuring adherence to quality and output targets.
