Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Commerce, Information Systems, Digital Marketing, Customer Management, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
• Approximately 3–4 years' hands-on experience in Campaign Operations, CRM Operations, Loyalty Operations and Marketing Automation Execution.

Responsibilities

• Execute approved CVM, Loyalty and App promotional campaigns.
• Configure push notifications, in-app messages, service notifications, loyalty communications and promotional messages.
• Support customer engagement initiatives including feature launches, app updates, fraud and security communications, gamification and event-triggered engagement.
• Upload and validate audience files, including format and customer identifier checks.
• Manage campaign templates, schedules, approvals, test sends and deployment activities.
• Monitor campaign outcomes, failed messages, partial dispatches and execution anomalies.
• Document customer engagement journeys across onboarding, activation, app adoption, loyalty, retention, reactivation and promotional use cases.
• Maintain journey maps, communication flows, trigger points and operational dependencies.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, campaign checklists, operational guides and execution playbooks.
• Maintain campaign logs, decision records, deployment evidence, sign-offs, UAT evidence and audit trails.
• Conduct pre-deployment checks and support UAT and release activities.
• Log defects, track resolution and coordinate with Product, QA and Technology teams.
• Prepare weekly execution status reports and maintain campaign trackers.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, campaign readiness reviews, retrospectives, demos and showcases.
