Job summary

Old Mutual is seeking a Feature Analyst to clarify business requirements and translate them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and related artefacts. You will work with stakeholders and the agile squad to ensure end-to-end understanding of epics and features and the value delivered.

You will support analysis activities including data analysis, API integration analysis, and reporting requirements to enable effective delivery within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Matric and relevant tertiary qualification in BA/IT.
• Business Analysis certification is advantageous.
• 5+ years as a business/systems analyst in senior roles.
• Experience in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Clarify requirements and translate into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and agile team to maintain backlog.
• Document user journeys and system workflows with wireframes and process maps.
• Groom user stories and participate in sprint ceremonies.
• Support API integration analysis and reporting requirements.
