Starlite Aviation Group is seeking an experienced AOC Accountable Manager to assume executive accountability for international and domestic operations under Part 127, Part 135 and Part 101. The role requires a CPL, a Business Management degree or diploma, and extensive senior management aviation experience.

You will lead across helicopter, fixed-wing and RPAS operations, drive safety and compliance, manage finances and stakeholders, and travel regularly to bases locally and internationally.

Qualificações

• Eight years plus experience in a senior management role with teams, budgets and performance management.
• Experience in civil aviation operations and regulatory compliance is essential.
• Proven track record of achievement in senior roles within aviation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide executive leadership to the AOC organisation and establish structure, resources, systems, processes and controls.
• Define strategy, objectives and goals, monitor industry trends, opportunities and threats.
• Ensure Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental considerations are embedded in operations.
• Develop and implement systems and controls across all AOC areas and maintain SACAA compliance.
• Direct financial planning, budgeting and forecasting and optimise resource allocation.
• Engage with customers, contractors, SACAA and other agencies; manage stakeholder relationships.
