Job summary

Ntsumi HR Partners is seeking a results-driven sales leader to grow a designated territory and ownership of Angola, with a strong background in mining or manufacturing. You will drive growth, manage costs, and build robust customer and internal relationships while following a structured sales process.

The role requires English proficiency, CRM and MS Office expertise, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset. Portuguese is a plus; a tertiary qualification in Sales or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 and a relevant tertiary qualification in Sales or related field.
• Strong background in mining, manufacturing or related industries is essential.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the sales cycle.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and potential.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, complaint management tools and MS Office.
• Business level English; additional local language (Portuguese) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a personal action plan for sustainable, profitable growth in the territory and units.
• Manage structure costs within the annual budget.
• Own the Angola territory.
• Understand customer needs through market analysis and demand trends.
• Grow trust with existing customers and win new ones.
• Build stakeholder relationships at all levels and apply account management where appropriate.
• Build strong internal partnerships across service, quoting, technical and fulfilment teams.
• Support stakeholders in achieving targets, e.g., reducing outstanding payments.
• Follow the structured sales cycle from first contact to close.
• Use CRM and complaints management systems for day-to-day sales work.
• Gather and share market and product information across the sub region.
