Job summary

SGS is seeking a Chemist to conduct precise sample analyses, support the Section Manager in quality compliance, and maintain laboratory records. Responsibilities include instrument calibration, data verification, and reporting analytical results within standard methods.

The role requires a BSc or Diploma in Chemistry, 2+ years of lab experience, and proficiency in LIMS, Word, and Excel. OT may be required to meet quality targets and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of laboratory experience with a Diploma.
• Five years of laboratory experience preferred.
• Computer-literate in LIMS, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze all analytical samples using correct procedures and methods.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain records per QA procedures.
• Transfer data from instruments to LIMS and ensure traceability.
