Qualifications

• Relevant Degree (Project Management or Engineering) + 3 years’ experience (essential)
• No degree + 4 years’ experience (essential)
• Grade 12 + Aircraft Trade certificate + experience (essential)
• Aircraft Maintenance/Planning Leader or Engineering Analyst experience (essential)
• Project Management/Coordinator experience in Production Control (essential)
• Manager in aircraft maintenance environment (essential)

• Oversee heavy maintenance projects to meet strategic plans and objectives
• Manage project resources to ensure on-time delivery
• Control overall project schedule for timely performance
• Drive quality standards to deliver a quality product
• Determine critical paths to avoid slippage
• Maintain customer satisfaction and inform on progress
• Manage project budget and profitability
• Liaise with customers to agree expenditures outside scope
• Ensure invoices issued per contract
