Job summary

The role requires proven experience, SA-CAA or equivalent certifications, and strong ability to read manuals, schematics, and diagnose across hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Aircraft Mechanic or Aircraft Technician.
• Possession of relevant trade qualifications and certifications (e.g., SA-CAA or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of aircraft systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on aircraft engines, airframes, and associated systems.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using specialized tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Replace defective parts and components following approved procedures and technical manuals.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance performed, parts used, and time spent.
• Adhere strictly to all aviation safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely aircraft turnaround and operational readiness.
