Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
• Minimum 6 years of experience in aircraft electrical systems design
• Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink and SPICE
• Knowledge of DO-160 and MIL-STD aviation standards
• Experience with harness design and power management systems
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for a hybrid environment

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate aircraft electrical systems including power generation, distribution, and control units
• Perform system integration, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical components and subsystems
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation: schematics, wiring, and performance specs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration
• Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective actions in compliance with aviation standards
