Placements24 in Kimberley, South Africa, is seeking an experienced AI Operations (AIOps) Engineer to bolster our client's IT infrastructure. You will implement and manage AIOps platforms, analyze operational data, and apply ML techniques to automate and improve performance.

The role requires a Bachelor's in CS/IT, 3+ years in IT operations or DevOps, and hands-on experience with Dynatrace, Splunk or ServiceNow ITOM.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or DevOps.
Experience with AIOps tools and platforms (e.g., Dynatrace, Splunk, ServiceNow ITOM).
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and data analysis techniques.
Understanding of machine learning concepts applicable to IT operations.

Responsibilities
