Job summary

Placements24 seeks a Senior AI Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable AI/ML infra in a hybrid setting in Kimberley. You will work with state-of-the-art hardware and software to support AI research and deployment, ensuring performance, reliability, and security across platforms.

Collaborating with data scientists and ML engineers, you will optimize training/inference, implement CI/CD pipelines, and maintain secure, available infrastructure while leveraging cloud services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in infrastructure engineering with AI/ML environments.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash) and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Experience with distributed computing frameworks and HPC.
• Strong networking, security, and sysadmin fundamentals.
