EY Technology Consulting South Africa is expanding its AI capability to structure client challenges into actionable AI use cases and map them to EY solutions, assets, and accelerators. This hands-on role supports Senior Managers and Partners in translating client needs into structured use cases, solution mappings and pursuit materials, without building new AI solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 5-8 years of experience in consulting, technology or digital change roles.
• Exposure to AI, analytics, automation, cloud or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience contributing to client engagements, proposals, workshops or solution development activities.
• Ability to structure ambiguous business problems and convert them into clear analysis, options and recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client-ready materials.

Aufgaben

• Support development of AI-enabled use cases aligned to client business challenges and value drivers.
• Structure client pain points and opportunities through workshops and analysis.
• Identify EY AI solutions, assets, accelerators and delivery capabilities that may address client needs.
• Develop problem-to-solution mappings and initial value hypotheses with delivery and technical teams.
• Contribute to AI value cases, business cases, proposals and client presentations.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to test solution fit and delivery feasibility.
• Maintain local knowledge of EY AI capabilities and assets.
• Support in ideation sessions, pursuit discussions and internal solution alignment forums.
• Create reusable use-case playbooks, sector packs and solution content.
