Paracon seeks an AI Product Manager to lead strategy, design, delivery, and ongoing improvement of AI products that drive measurable business value and outstanding user experiences.

The role sits at the intersection of business, technology, data, and innovation, collaborating with data scientists, ML engineers, architects, governance teams, and executives to realize value across AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analysis, Data Science, or related field.
• AI certifications are advantageous: Microsoft AI, Azure AI, AWS AI, Google AI, OpenAI, Claude Associate.
• Experience in Product Management, Agile delivery, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with AI, ML, Generative AI, analytics, or data-driven products.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI opportunities across the business.
• Own and maintain PRDs; translate requirements into features and user stories.
• Partner with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Solution Architects to evaluate AI technologies.
• Define roadmaps, pilots/PoCs, experimentation, and product releases.
