Job description

We're hiring an AI Implementation Specialist to turn AI from an idea into working systems that save time and improve how we operate. You'll study how work gets done across the business, identify where AI can make a real difference, and then build, connect, and launch the solutions yourself.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end role. One day you might be mapping a messy approval process with a team lead. The next, you might be configuring a cloud environment, wiring an AI tool into our existing systems, or running a training session so the team actually uses what you built. We're looking for someone who has done this before, can show us the results, and enjoys making things work.

What You'll Do

Discover and map

• Interview stakeholders and observe how work gets done across teams
• Map current-state processes in detail, documenting steps, handoffs, tools, and pain points
• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities based on impact, effort, and risk
• Build clear business cases and roadmaps for the highest-value use cases

Design and build

• Design, configure, and deploy AI solutions, including ChatGPT and other leading AI platforms
• Build custom workflows, prompts, and assistants tailored to specific business tasks
• Set up and manage connectors and integrations between AI tools and our existing software, databases, and systems
• Use cloud platforms to host, scale, and secure AI-powered workflows
• Redesign processes to remove manual steps, duplicated work, and bottlenecks

Launch and adopt

• Test solutions thoroughly before rollout and manage deployments from pilot to production
• Write clear documentation, playbooks, and guides for every solution you ship
• Train team members and champion adoption, so new tools become part of daily work
• Gather feedback and address resistance or confusion early

Measure and improve

• Define success metrics for each project and track results after launch
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously refine implementations
• Follow data privacy, security, and governance best practices in every deployment
• Keep up with new AI tools and capabilities, and recommend where they fit

What We're Looking For

Must-haves

• At least 1 year of hands-on AI implementation experience. You have deployed AI in real business settings, not just experimented with it on your own.
• A background in tech and systems. You understand how software, data, APIs, and infrastructure fit together, and you're comfortable working across them.
• Strong working knowledge of the AI ecosystem, including:
• Setting up and configuring AI tools and platforms
• Building connectors and integrations between systems
• Working with cloud platforms and services
• Using ChatGPT and similar tools effectively, including prompt design
• Mapping and streamlining business processes
• Spotting where AI can be applied for real value
• Completed projects you can show. You can walk us through what you built, the problem it solved, how you built it, and the results it produced.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n
• Experience with change management, training, or internal enablement
• Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance considerations for AI
• Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team
