Job summary

Storm Ideas Ltd is hiring for an AI-first sales enablement role. You’ll design, run and continuously improve the conversion engine built around structured proof, claims and reusable modules, helping agents work with high credibility.

You will assemble tailored pitch decks and proposals, maintain proof libraries and QA checks, and work closely with account teams to capture outcomes from current work. Remote, SA-based, with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Strong structuring and writing ability to turn evidence into credible commercial narratives.
• Genuine command of AI tools and an instinct for fast-changing landscapes.
• Experience in sales enablement, proposals, or bid work.

Responsibilities

• Build Storm's conversion engine as an AI-first system with reusable modules.
• Maintain the proof library and the approved claims library.
• Create and maintain pitch decks, proposals, and RFP responses.
• Draft and produce case studies from delivery work and client feedback.
• Coordinate with account managers and delivery teams to gather proof and outcomes.
