Goodwall is seeking an organized Program Intern to support Senior Program Managers with behind-the-scenes execution, admin, and in-app delivery. You will help manage community logistics, course building, and performance reporting while experimenting with AI tools to streamline tasks.

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of experience in community moderation, digital content admin, social media operations or similar support roles.
• Completed or near-complete undergraduate degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong admin instincts; trackers, action items, and up-to-date data.
• Comfort with data at a basic level; read funnels or engagement charts and summarize numbers.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Genuine interest in youth development, online communities, skilling and social impact.
• AI-first mindset; actively use AI tools in day-to-day work and seek new methods.

Responsibilities

• Handle community management, prize logistics and youth voice logistics.
• Source user stories and insights and flag compelling candidates for communications.
• Build program content in the Goodwall app, configure course structure and set up challenges.
• QA in-app builds, flag deviations for sign-off and execute in-app marketing actions.
• Monitor in-app performance and prepare weekly internal performance readouts.
• Prepare data, screenshots and charts for end-of-program partner reports.
• Plan weekly learning with manager and experiment with AI-enabled workflows.
