Job summary

impact.com is seeking a motivated marketing intern to support the Marketplace Growth team in a 6-month hybrid program in Cape Town. You will gain hands-on experience with lifecycle campaigns, data analysis, content creation, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic tech environment.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in Marketing or related fields, have strong written and verbal communication, and a genuine interest in AI tools and automation.

Qualifications

• Degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, Linguistics, Public Relations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace; especially Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute lifecycle campaigns with guidance from the team.
• Analyze data to measure engagement, activation, and retention metrics.
• Draft clear, engaging copy for emails, in-app messages, and notifications.
• Configure automation workflows and assist with AI-powered content drafting.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, CS, and Data Science to drive initiatives.
• Support optimization of campaigns through A/B testing and reporting.
