You will ensure our team has cutting-edge tools, robust security, and automated workflows to maintain peak efficiency. AI-native workflows are a core requirement, not optional tooling.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years IT management or operations experience.
• Proven ability to use AI-native workflows daily to improve speed and quality.
• Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and security frameworks.
• Able to operate in fast-paced startup environments with clear communication.
• Familiarity with AI implementation engineering or software development.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage internal cloud environments for AI development.
• Implement and oversee security protocols to protect data and workflows.
• Automate internal business solutions and CRM/CMS platforms.
• Use AI tools daily for ideation, troubleshooting, and QA support.
