Job summary

MCI is seeking an AI Systems Administrator to support, maintain, and optimize the infrastructure powering AI/ML environments. The role ensures reliability, scalability, and security of AI systems and data pipelines across on-site and remote assets.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in systems administration, strong cloud and container experience, and scripting skills to automate tasks and support CI/CD for AI model updates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in systems administration, DevOps, or infra management, preferably AI/ML.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containers.
• Experience with Linux/Unix, scripting, and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AI/ML systems, servers, and cloud environments for uptime.
• Manage GPU/CPU clusters and resource allocation for training/inference.
• Implement scalable infra for LLMs, data pipelines, and model deployment.
• Secure AI systems and manage access across platforms.
• Support deployment and integration of AI models and APIs.
• Monitor health and performance, diagnose and resolve issues.
• Develop scripts to automate tasks and CI/CD for AI updates.
