Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI ethics policies, guidelines, and compliance procedures.
• Monitor AI projects for fairness, transparency, and accountability.
• Conduct audits and risk assessments of AI systems for ethical and regulatory compliance.
• Stay informed about evolving AI regulations, industry best practices, and ethical debates globally.
• Provide training and guidance on AI ethics and compliance requirements.
• Investigate and address reported ethical concerns or compliance breaches related to AI.
• Collaborate with legal, engineering, and product teams to integrate compliance into the AI lifecycle.
• Advise stakeholders on ethical implications and mitigation strategies.
• Prepare reports on compliance status and ethical performance for senior management.
• Engage with external regulators and industry bodies as required.
