Job summary

PwC South Africa’s Digital Procurement Consultant (Associate) role focuses on supporting CLM via Agiloft, AI-enabled contracting, and procurement transformation engagements. You will work with experienced consultants on requirements gathering, solution design, platform configuration, testing, and project delivery while building consulting and technology skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, Technology, or Commerce.
• Certifications in platform, business analysis, procurement, project delivery, or change management are advantageous.
• Foundational understanding of business analysis, consulting, procurement, legal ops, or technology.
• Interest in CLM, legal tech, procurement tech, workflow automation, and AI-enabled business solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies and business processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support the configuration and implementation of Agiloft CLM, helping clients digitise and optimise their contracting processes.
• Assist in configuring Agiloft solutions, including templates, clause libraries, metadata models, and contract attributes.
• Define business processes, workflows, approvals, and notifications.
• Create forms, reports, dashboards, and manage security permissions.
• Support development of functional prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions within Agiloft.
• Assist with system testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Assist with deployment, data migration, hypercare, and post-go-live support activities.
• Help create training materials, user guides, and supporting documentation for Agiloft users.
