Responsibilities

• Support the configuration and implementation of Agiloft CLM, helping clients digitise and optimise their contracting processes.
• Assist in configuring Agiloft solutions, including templates, clause libraries, metadata models, and contract attributes.
• Define business processes, workflows, approvals, and notifications.
• Create forms, reports, dashboards, and manage security permissions.
• Support development of functional prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions within Agiloft.
• Assist with system testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Assist with deployment, data migration, hypercare, and post-go-live support activities.
• Help create training materials, user guides, and supporting documentation for Agiloft users.

Role Summary

We are seeking a Digital Procurement Consultant (Associate) to support Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), AI-enabled contracting, and procurement transformation engagements.

This role provides hands-on exposure to Agiloft, one of the leading Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms, as well as AI use cases in contracting and procurement, workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced consultants to support requirements gathering, solution design, platform configuration, testing, and project delivery activities while developing consulting, functional, and technology skills.

This role is ideal for individuals who are interested in technology, digital transformation, procurement, contracting, and the application of AI in business processes.

Qualifications /certifications required

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, Technology, Commerce, or a related field.
• Relevant platform, business analysis, procurement, project delivery, or change management certifications are advantageous.

Experience Required

• Foundational understanding of business analysis, consulting, procurement, legal operations, or technology-related disciplines.
• Interest in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), legal technology, procurement technology, workflow automation, and AI-enabled business solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to learn new technologies and business processes quickly.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)

• Support the configuration and implementation of Agiloft CLM, helping clients digitise and optimise their contracting processes.
• Assist in configuring Agiloft solutions, including:
• Contract templates and clause libraries
• Metadata models and contract attributes
• Business processes, workflows, approvals, and notifications
• Forms, reports, dashboards, and security permissions
• Support the development of functional prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions within Agiloft.
• Assist with system testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Assist with deployment, data migration, hypercare, and post-go-live support activities.
• Help create training materials, user guides, and supporting documentation for Agiloft users.

AI & Knowledge Solutions

• Gather and structure the business rules, playbooks, examples, and knowledge assets used by legal, procurement, and contracting teams.
• Support the development of AI use cases and functional requirements.
• Assist in testing and refining AI-enabled contracting and procurement solutions.
• Analyse outputs from AI tools and help identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support the creation of guidance materials that help users adopt AI solutions effectively.

Business Analysis & Solution Design

• Assist with stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements gathering activities.
• Document business requirements, user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
• Support the analysis of contracting and procurement processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in evaluating technology solutions against business requirements.
• Help develop prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions.
• Assist in translating business requirements into functional solution designs.

Project Delivery

• Support project teams in delivering technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Participate in workshops, demonstrations, testing sessions, and solution walkthroughs.
• Assist with project documentation, status tracking, and delivery activities.
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.

Practice Development

• Stay informed on developments in Agiloft, CLM, procurement technology, workflow automation, AI, and digital transformation.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, capability development, and innovation initiatives.
• Support the development of demonstrations, proposals, thought leadership, and client-facing materials.
• Exposure to Agiloft is highly desirable.
• Exposure to other CLM platforms such as Sirion, Icertis, Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, or similar solutions would also be beneficial.
• Awareness of Contract Lifecycle Management concepts and contracting processes.
• Awareness of AI technologies and their application within contracting, procurement, or business processes.
• Exposure to workflow automation, reporting, or business systems.
• Relevant certifications or accreditations in progress are advantageous.
