Responsibilities

• Own major initiatives from concept to reliable day-to-day operation.
• Turn ambiguous briefs into structured plans and drive execution across Product, Engineering, Design, Support and clients.
• Ensure AI-enabled workflows run reliably in production with monitoring and quality checks.
• Investigate issues, manage risks and dependencies, and escalate problems when needed.
• Guide junior team members and build scalable delivery playbooks and automation.
