Job summary

PPS Group is seeking an experienced analytics professional to design, build, operationalise and support trusted analytics and AI-enabled solutions. You will translate business opportunities into robust data assets, dashboards and governed AI workflows while collaborating with stakeholders to improve decisions and performance.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in analytics or AI delivery, strong SQL/Python skills, and expertise in Power BI and Fabric.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; postgraduate qualification preferred.
3–6 years in analytics, BI, data engineering, data science or AI delivery.
Experience in regulated environments (e.g., financial services) preferred.
Strong Python and SQL skills with Power BI proficiency.

Responsibilities

Translate business opportunities into robust data assets and analytical outputs.
Build end-to-end analytics solutions using SQL, Python and Power BI.
Develop and maintain curated datasets, semantic models and reusable outputs.
Design intuitive Power BI reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
Prototype and deploy AI-enabled workflows with governance and guardrails.
