Qualifications

2+ years of Software Testing or QA experience.
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar testing tools.
Understanding of SQL and database validation.
ISTQB certification and automation testing experience are advantageous.
Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or similar is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Test chatbot and AI-powered applications for accuracy, functionality and user experience.
Execute functional, regression, API, and integration testing.
Identify, log, and track defects.
Validate AI-generated responses and user journeys.
