Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Recruitment, Technology Consulting, or Client Relationship Management.
• Proven success in generating new business and developing client relationships.
• Experience selling professional services, technology, or solution-based offerings.
• Exposure to AI, Automation, Software Development, Data & Analytics, RPA, Intelligent Document Processing, or Business Process Improvement.
• Strong consultative selling, commercial acumen, and communication skills.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development across multiple industries.
