Job summary

OVK Bedryf BPK is seeking a skilled manager to lead the agricultural inputs product range, including crop protection products, fertiliser and seed, across OVK group branches. You will manage the product assortment, central inventory planning, seasonal demand, and supplier coordination to drive profitability.

Strong technical knowledge and purchasing experience are essential. Responsibilities include planning purchases for branches, monitoring stock, quoting suppliers, and maintaining product

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily product range, assortment and data for agricultural inputs.
• Plan and place purchases for branches and central stock points based on seasonal demand and lead times.
• Monitor stock availability, expiry and inventory levels.
• Obtain quotations, confirm delivery times and follow up with suppliers.
• Maintain costs, pricing, specs and supplier data with administration.
• Coordinate new product lines and training while ensuring safety requirements.
• Support branches with product selections and technical inquiries.
• Coordinate supplier returns and credit notes with the Purchasing Assistant.
• Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to the Purchasing Manager.
