• Knowledge of relevant agricultural machinery and equipment operation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with the Gauteng province conditions.
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and adapt to changing environmental conditions.
• A valid driver's license is essential for operating across the farm.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily farm operations, including planting, cultivation, harvesting, and post-harvest activities for various crops.
• Oversee livestock health, feeding, and breeding programs (if applicable).
• Supervise, train, and motivate farm workers, ensuring safety and efficient practices.
• Develop and manage the farm's budget, controlling expenditures and optimizing resources.
• Maintain farm equipment and infrastructure, ensuring timely repairs.
