Job summary

Opensource seeks an experienced Agile Coach to lead Scrum and Kanban practices, facilitating ceremonies and coaching teams toward self-organisation and continuous improvement. You will improve delivery flow, capacity planning and predictability while identifying bottlenecks and risks across multiple teams.

You will mentor on Agile principles, value-focused delivery and data-driven decision making, partnering with product, operations and leadership to drive a healthier delivery culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years’ experience in Agile coaching, delivery transformation, technology or product environments.
• Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead supporting software teams.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and modern engineering practices.
• Proven coaching, facilitation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience using delivery metrics and basic analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead effective Scrum and Kanban practices.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, self-organisation and continuous improvement.
• Improve delivery flow, capacity planning and predictability.
• Identify bottlenecks, dependencies, risks and work-in-progress overload.
• Use delivery metrics and team insights to support better decisions.
• Coordinate work and dependencies across teams.
• Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions.
• Support the move from project-based to product- and value-focused delivery.
• Build strong partnerships across development, product, operations and leadership.
• Promote psychological safety, experimentation and evidence-based improvement.
