TLC Worldwide, a leading agency, seeks an Agency Director to translate strategic opportunities into high-value partnerships. You will collaborate across Business Development, Strategy, Creative, Marketing and Operations to deliver complete, integrated campaigns rather than stand-alone rewards.

Bring a proven track record in selling integrated campaigns, leading pitches and teams, and driving growth with senior client stakeholders.

Qualificações

Senior leadership experience within a respected marketing, advertising, CRM, loyalty, promotional or integrated agency.
Previous experience as an Account Director, Client Services Director, Agency Director or equivalent.
Proven track record of selling integrated campaigns rather than standalone products or services.
Extensive pitch leadership experience with a strong win record.
Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
Strong strategic and commercial capability.

Responsabilidades

Lead strategy, business development and client relationships at the highest level.
Drive growth by converting opportunities into revenue and long-term partnerships.
Coach and develop Strategy, Creative and Business Development teams.
Raise standards in proposal development, storytelling and commercial positioning.
