• 5+ years technical experience (engineering/mechanical/service environment).
• Strong leadership and delegation skills (ability to manage people and drive performance).
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English (spoken & written).
• Own transport required (travel to Centurion for candidate's account).
• Office-based role in Centurion (full-time, in-office).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word).

We are looking for a driven and experienced Aftermarket Manager to lead our aftermarket department in Centurion. The core focus of this role is to manage parts sales, drive performance, and consistently achieve sales KPIs, while also overseeing field service operations, handling customer queries, and managing rebuild and refurbishment projects end-to-end.
