Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in childcare or youth programs.
• Experience in a supervisory or management role is essential.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate programming.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide children in a safe and structured aftercare environment.
• Plan and implement a variety of age-appropriate recreational, educational, and creative activities.
• Manage and support a team of aftercare staff, ensuring quality programming.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's participation and well-being.
• Maintain program records, attendance, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Address behavioral issues and provide guidance to children as needed.
