Energy Exemplar is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of customers across Africa within the EMEA region. You will drive retention, product adoption, and revenue growth through renewals, upsell, and price increases, while building trusted relationships and providing value across the customer journey.

You will work independently across multiple countries, travel as needed, and collaborate with Product, Development and Marketing to improve the customer

Qualifikationen

• Five+ years in customer success or similar commercial role in power/energy/software.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders across multiple accounts.
• Experience working with Africa and/or EMEA customers.
• Proven ability to renew contracts and drive revenue growth.
• Strong commercial awareness balancing retention and business objectives.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel across multiple African countries.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools or analytics to derive insights.
• Ability to support adoption of digital capabilities with data privacy considerations.
• Strong integrity, professionalism, ownership and customer-first mindset.

Aufgaben

• Build and grow relationships with existing customers across Africa.
• Conduct regular customer review meetings and travel as needed.
• Lead onboarding meetings and drive value realization from Energy Exemplar products.
• Assess customer needs, risks and growth opportunities.
• Drive renewals and revenue growth through upsell/cross-sell and price increases.
• Coordinate with Sales to identify upsell opportunities.
• Support roadmap and gather feedback for product improvements.
• Maintain accurate customer and account data in internal systems.
• Support license renewals with Support and Finance teams.
• Organize user group meetings, workshops, webinars and events.
