Job summary

Energy Exemplar is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of African customers within the EMEA Sales and Customer Success team. You will drive retention, adoption and revenue growth through renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

You will build trusted long-term relationships, identify customer needs, coordinate with product and support teams, and travel across Africa to meet clients while ensuring value delivery from Energy Exemplar’s platform.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in customer success, account management or similar role in energy/software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers across Africa.
• Lead onboarding meetings and support customers to adopt and realise value from Energy Exemplar products.
• Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs, risks and growth opportunities.
• Drive customer retention in line with targets, including renewals and price increases.
• Identify and progress upsell, cross-sell and price increase opportunities with Sales.
