• Manage Account/Segment managers and execute strategic account plans with governance.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to strengthen market presence.
• Identify market opportunities and develop growth strategies for sustainable business growth.
• Foster cross-unit collaboration to deliver integrated solutions and maximize customer value.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt sales strategies.
• Promote value-based selling and support launches of products, services, and digital solutions.
• Champion health, safety, quality, integrity, and continuous improvement.
