You will work with sales, marketing and product teams, manage quotations, pricing, and lifecycle solutions, travel across Africa, and contribute to customer satisfaction and market share. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in screening media and wear protection, African aftermarket focus.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, pricing, and margins.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and market development for Screening Media and Wear Protection across Africa.
• Support quotations, pricing, margin optimization, and business development.
• Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and protect market share.
• Develop and execute WIN plans and lifecycle solution initiatives.
• Build strong customer relationships through technical support and training.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in service and satisfaction.
