MatchaTalent is seeking a PR Sales Manager to drive energy storage and solar module sales across the assigned markets in Africa. You will develop customer relationships, expand market presence, and achieve sales targets with partners and distributors.

The role requires fluency in English and a local language, strong knowledge of overseas sales, and willingness to travel regularly. On-site work in South Africa with regional travel to key markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years overseas sales experience in energy storage, solar or renewables.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of international sales processes, market development.
• Established network in renewable energy or energy storage markets is highly desirable.
• Fluent English and local language.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned market.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute sales strategies for energy storage and solar module products in the assigned market.
• Identify new business opportunities, customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Manage existing customer relationships and develop long-term commercial partnerships.
• Achieve sales targets and implement business plans in line with company strategy.
• Monitor customer feedback, market conditions, and payment status to protect interests.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry policies, regulations, competitors, and trends.
• Provide market intelligence to support regional growth strategies.
• Plan and participate in exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings.
• Prepare regular sales and activity reports for management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requirements and resolve issues.
• Maintain strong communication with customers and key industry stakeholders.
