Ad Talent is seeking a Regional Marketing Lead to drive strategy and execution across Africa. Based at our head office in Bryanston, Johannesburg, you will work with commercial executives, local marketing teams and external agencies to align plans with business goals and grow market share.

The ideal candidate combines strong brand management with hands-on trade marketing, media planning, consumer insights and campaign execution across diverse markets and cultures. Some travel will be required.

Competenze

• A relevant qualification in marketing, business management or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing strategy and brand management.
• Strong experience in trade marketing, media planning and campaign management.
• Understanding of consumer insights, market research and competitor analysis.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and evaluating campaign performance.
• Ability to translate commercial objectives into effective marketing strategies and execution.
• Experience with creative teams, agencies and external service providers.
• Strong communication, analytical, planning and organisational abilities.
• Willingness to travel across diverse markets.
