Old Mutual South Africa is seeking a motivated Financial Adviser to deliver proactive financial advice within an allocated client market. You will build lasting relationships, understand client goals, and provide sound financial solutions while complying with FAIS and regulatory requirements.

The role includes client needs analysis, selling, data entry into CRM, and ongoing professional development through in-house training.

Qualificações

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
• FAIS compliance.
• RE5 an advantage.
• A valid Driver’s licence and your own car.
• A clear criminal and credit check.
• A minimum of 3 years working experience (preferably in sales).
• Proven computer literacy (MS Office suite).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality customer service and identify opportunities to secure new business or support retention.
• Analyze specific problems to find the best solutions, technical or professional.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests, referring complex matters to colleagues.
• Enter relevant information into the CRM system to create a call plan and enable customer retention and business development activities.
• Set clear objectives for each sales call or meeting; tailor materials to decision-makers and gather information.
• Develop and implement a relationship management plan for potential customer accounts to enable effective two-way information flow.
• Understand and adhere to organizational policies and regulatory codes; obtain supervisor authorization for exceptions.
• Monitor and assess sales and market data to identify opportunities for regional development.
• Develop a network within the business sector and represent the organization at events to gain visibility.
• Conduct research and analyze data to support key themes and trends using primary data sources and BI tools.
• Demonstrate understanding of networking value by contributing to a network of people, technologies, and ideas.
