Job summary

Hollywoodbets in Durban, SA seeks an Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to support the Purple Team from Umhlanga/Durban. The role spans campaign delivery, partner relations, and cross-functional project work across African and UK markets.

You will handle daily affiliate support, respond to inquiries, and help develop newsletters and promotional content while identifying new partnerships and growth opportunities for the brand.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years admin experience.
• 1–2 years Operations Admin or support experience.
• Marketing/Digital Marketing Support experience.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with internal Hollywoodbets teams on a variety of projects.
• Provide daily support to team members and affiliates.
• Respond to incoming calls and emails and relay messages.
• Provide support for ad hoc administrative and reporting tasks and be able to prioritize these effectively.
• Drive the delivery/execution of all campaigns accurately and on time on various channels.
• Delivering quality work, on time and according to instructions
• Campaign conceptualization and implementation in collaboration with Team Support
• Identify affiliate partnership opportunities as well as new business opportunities
• Assisting where possible with projects
• Competitor and trend analysis to ensure our affiliate partner programme remains innovative and ahead of competition
• Creating, maintaining and troubleshooting tracking links.
• Assisting the affiliate marketing team with the development and implementation of online marketing promotional content including newsletters and direct email advertisements for mass email campaigns.
• Working with management to organize and coordinate meeting with affiliates to improve the ongoing relationships that we have with our affiliates.
• Assisting the affiliate marketing team with daily tasks and projects using the affiliate software, including the updating of banners and communications on our Affiliate System.

You Bring
