takealot.com, South Africa's leading online retailer, is seeking an Affiliate Program Manager to join our Marketing team in Cape Town. You will define and execute takealot’s affiliate roadmap, manage performance campaigns, onboard and nurture partner relationships, and optimize ROI through data-driven insights.

You will work with GA4 and Excel/Sheets to extract actionable insights, managing platform operations and ensuring brand safety across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Commerce or related field.
• 4+ years in campaign management within a digital/performance team.
• Experience with affiliate management platforms.
• Proficient in GA4 and Excel/Sheets for data analysis.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Define, execute, and scale affiliate roadmap to meet quarterly acquisition and revenue targets.
• End-to-end management of performance campaigns aligned with campaigns calendar.
• Onboard, engage, and manage affiliate/publisher relationships to drive high-converting traffic.
• Daily tracking and reporting of campaign metrics (clicks, conversions, AOV, CPA, ROAS).
• Oversee day-to-day operations on affiliate tracking platform (tracking setup, link generation, assets).
• Monitor traffic quality and enforce brand safety to prevent fraud.
