iMedrecruit is seeking an experienced Dental Chairside Assistant for a high-end aesthetic dental practice in De Waterkant, Cape Town. The role involves chairside assistance, room prep, patient care, and maintaining infection control in a digitally driven clinical setting.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in a similar role, HPCSA registration, and strong interpersonal skills. Monday–Friday, 08h00–17h00, ASAP start; on-site position with potential for growth in a modern practice.

Formación

• Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• Registration with the HPCSA as a Dental Assistant is essential.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with dental software is advantageous.
• Experience in aesthetic or cosmetic dentistry is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome patients in a warm and professional manner.
• Assist the dentist during clinical procedures.
• Prepare patients and treatment rooms for examinations and procedures.
• Ensure all patient files and records are prepared and updated.
• Maintain infection control and sterilisation protocols.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of equipment and instruments.
• Manage stock control and ordering of dental supplies.
• Liaise with suppliers and service providers.
• Support administrative duties related to patient care.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional clinical environment.
